Kaya Beach House Safety Bay- dog friendly

The sea is located a few minutes walk away at the end of the street! As is the popular kite-surfing destination "The Pond". The home is located in the coastal suburb of Safety Bay (Rockingham) and is furnished with comfort in mind. There is a large fenced back yard with grass and gardens for adults, kids and dogs to enjoy. Penguin Island, dolphin tours and fantastic beaches, restaurants and cafe are on your doorstep! The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a 90cm gas stove, microwave, blender, rice cooker and baking equipment in case you'd like to whip up a cake! There is a hose in the backyard in case you need to wash off pets, kit surfing gear etc from your trip to the beach. There is a DVD player with a large selection of movies for both adults and children to enjoy. There is also a PS3 with a selection of games suitable for younger and older children. The bathroom has a separate shower and bath. Price for stay longer than 120 days negotiable. The garage/shed is used for storage and access is not available to guests. There is also an enclosed separate freestanding area which is currently not part of the rental. Check-in is via a lock box and we will not be present to greet guests. We are not too far away though and guests are encouraged to contact us by phone if they have any issues. Safety Bay is a lovely, family friendly suburb in Rockingham. Beautiful oceans, an island home to little penguins,dolphin diving tours and the kite surfing location "the pond" are on our doorstep. We have some fantastic eating establishments in the vicinity ( a short walk away) including delicious Thai (Jariya's), Indian, Mexican, Fish and Chips, Pizza, and an award winning 100% gluten free cafe (Bayside Barrista). There is also a local IGA, chemist, post office etc. A car is recommended if you'd like to travel to restaurants etc on the Rockingham foreshore. The beach, a local IGA, post office and restaurants etc are also located within walking distance. Please bring your beach towels as they are not supplied. The house has a double driveway and offers off street parking.
