Elegantly renovated in 2020, very practical apartment with parking and excellent location. Next to several signposted hiking trails, very close to the Funicamp to go on the ski slopes and 6 km from the center of Escaldes to do shopping. Functional and well equipped space to enjoy all that the beautiful Andorran valley has to offer. Cozy and very functional apartment with space for four people (or 6 with the sofa bed). It has one double and one twin bedroom, a living-dining room connected to a nice fully equipped kitchen, and a complete bathroom with shower. The comfortable sofa is the ideal place to relax after a long day of skiing or sightseeing, while enjoying the beautiful views of the valley. In the fully equipped open kitchen you will find everything you need to cook: Kitchen utensils, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic stove, fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, juicer and toaster. I will also leave you some basic spices and dish soap to avoid the cost of this basic purchase. The bathroom has a new shower and I provide free amenities like a hair dryer and hand soap. Clean linens and bath towels are also provided. There is covered parking (for cars only) on floor -1 with a small storage room perfect for storing your skis, and an elevator to the building. It is in close proximity to the Funicamp, a supermarket and several rental shops for mountain equipment. It is advisable to take the car to drive down and up the road if you are loaded with ski equipment. The building is located in a quiet neighborhood just outside the town of Encamp, and at the foot of the mountain. From the dining room you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley. At the end of the street there is a public transport stop, but I recommend having a private car for better mobility. You can park your car in the parking lot available inside the building or park outside. There are always free spaces in front of the building and they are free on weekends. The nearest information stand is in front of the Funicamp (350 m) Roaming is still active in Andorra: be careful! For more comfort, THERE IS WIFI in the apartment.
