Our Courtyard Apartment is a comfortable, quiet, first floor flat with garden & country views. Light and spacious, situated in the country near Mylor, it is perfect for exploring Cornwall. We are walking distance from Mylor Bridge & Pandora Inn, close to Mylor Sailing Club, within 10 mins from the University Campus at Penryn and 15 mins to Falmouth. We do changeovers on a Friday & Monday only. In the July and August school holidays, we do weekly bookings. The apartments is quiet and spacious. The bedroom and living room windows overlook the garden and countryside. There are stairs up to the apartment from a small courtyard. Guests are welcome to use the garden and there is ample parking. There is a grass tennis court you are welcome to use, but not after rain when the surface is soft. We are available if you have any questions or problems as we live next door. The apartment is located in rural countryside on the edge of Mylor Bridge village, which is within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are beautiful Creekside walks nearby and Mylor Harbour is 10 mins away. The apartment is in a perfect location for day trips to either the Eden Project (50 mins) or St Michael's Mount & Penzance (50 mins) and north coast beaches are only 25 mins away. South coast Falmouth beaches are 10 mins away. It is preferable to have a car, as public transport sadly is not good. However, there is a bus from Mylor Bridge (bus stop 5 mins walk away) to Falmouth and trains from Falmouth to Truro. We can provide numbers for local taxi companies.
