Charming and cosy furnished apartment in a secure gated community with a swimming pool a tennis court and a club house - the appartement is 110m2, 2 bedrooms, 2bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dinning room, 2 balconies. Parking The pool is open from May to end of Septembre - the swimming hours for kids are from 10am to (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) and from (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) to (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Adults can stay at the pool during break hours but respectful of neighbors resting or napping so no noises! I am available anytime for any questions and queries from my guest on my mobile (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) The flat is in a very calm and quiet commune residency with very discret and respectful neighborhood Parties with musics are not allowed to avoid any inconveniences for our neighbors The flat has a parking lot facing it labeled Sweidan -The internet connection has a limited quota per month so no videos , movie or heavy downloads are allowed. -the garbage is picked everyday at 3pm at the Bldg entrance but please do not put it outside before 2pm for smells and the hygiene - Kindly put on the hot water residence no more than 2 hours per day especially in summer time - In the winter, a chauffage is available that will warm the flat in few hours - The AC and the lights should be turned off when guests are out of the flat
