The property is an 18th century grade ‘A’ listed building situated on the waterfront of Inveraray. The property is situated in the picturesque town of Inveraray on the west coast of Scotland with stunning views of Loch Fyne, the longest sea loch in Scotland. Inveraray castle home of the clan Campbell and Inveraray jail are close by. The property comprises of the top two floors of the former Temperance Hotel and has stunning views from lounge and bedroom windows. The entrance level of the property has a lounge/dining with log burner, kitchen and twin bedded room. Stairs lead to principal bedroom, double bedroom with en-suite shower room and family bathroom. The flat has heating, plenty of hot water, showers, bath in main bathroom. All guests will be met on arrival and the host will be contactable by telephone throughout your stay. Walking distance of all attractions, shops, restaurants and pubs. All guests should note that there are stairs to enter the apartment and stairs within to access toilets. While young children are welcome at the property and there is ample room for guests to bring their own equipment for children, there is no specific equipment provided.
