Up to three bedrooms available for up to six guests on the upper level of our house- separate from the owners quarters which is located at the opposite end of the house. Relax on our two acre property close to vineyards , Maitland and Morpeth. Enjoy the chorus of nature , the quietness and peace. Accommodation consists of three bedrooms on the 1st floor of our home. Two queen rooms ( one with an ensuite ) and a double room that shares a bathroom with the other queen room. There is also a small sitting room that centres the bedroom area. The entire area and house is for your enjoyment and use as you will be the only guests at any one time. Whilst we as owners also live on the property we have our own quarters at the end of the house. You will have access to many living areas outside and in. See our photo gallery. BREAKFAST is offered at an additional charge $25 per guest for a full hot breakfast treat. There is coffee and tea making facilities available at anytime. We will be around should you require anything however you won't see us much as we have our own quarters so you can enjoy privacy during your stay. We will also be available to prepare a lovely breakfast should you choose this option with your stay! Windella is an estate off the highway just near Lochinvar. We are 8 minutes drive from the Hunter Expressway. Our property is off the road (110m) on a slight hill that looks out over 500acres of grazing lands. We are located 6 minutes to Lovedale Road, 25 minutes to Hunter Valley Gardens, 10 minutes to Maitland and 20 minutes to Morpeth . We have a two night minimum stay. Our accommodation is exclusively for you whether you are 2, 4 or 6 guests Concert weekends transport options for you are either hire car, shuttles or the Rover Coach picks up from the highway unless you like to drive
