Cronulla boasts one of the longest stretches of beach in Sydney. Situated in the heart of South Cronulla, you are just metres from Shelly beach and park, NUNS pool Cafe and a short 10 minute walk to Cronulla railway and mall and cafe society. The two bedroom apartment is fully furnished in keeping with a 'beach theme'. Light filled living and dining areas enjoy an easy outdoor flow to a full width patio with views over south Cronulla. Feel free to enjoy an evening BBQ and enjoy the peace and quiet. You will find BBQ cleaning equipment available in the laundry after use. It comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen and brand new oven, stove top and dishwasher. Double bedrooms with new queen size bed and built-ins and one with double sized bed. There is a fully functioning internal laundry, storage and intercom entry. Clothes lines are situated at the back of the unit block. There is also off street visitors parking available. Walk to beachside cafes, quality restaurants and station Guests will have access to the entire apartment. There is an intercom system at the front and back door of the unit block. We are only a phone call away, however the unit is all yours Cronulla is a beachside suburb situated in the Sutherland Shire south of Sydney. It is a popular tourist attraction and attracts many beachgoers from all over Sydney. Cronulla Beach features a long stretch of sand that runs from Boat Harbour to North Cronulla, followed by rock pools and another sandy beach at South Cronulla. The unit is 3 minutes walk to the Nun's Pool and Shelley beach. Generally the beaches of Cronulla from north to south are: Boat Harbour, Wanda Beach, Elouera Beach, North Cronulla Beach, Cronulla Beach, Blackwoods Beach, Shelly Beach and Oak Park all within walking distance via the Esplanade. The beaches are popular recreational areas for swimming, surfing, bodyboarding, bodysurfing and other water sports. Shark Island, just off Cronulla Beach, is a famous surfing and bodyboarding spot, and the site of the annual Shark Island Challenge bodyboarding contest. Gunnamatta Bay provides protected swimming at the baths off Gunnamatta Park, which is at the other end of the street. The main shopping strip is a 10 minute walk from the unit and it runs along Cronulla Street, which has been partly converted into a pedestrian mall known as Cronulla Plaza. Cronulla has developed a café culture, with some cafés and restaurants located along the North Cronulla foreshore and Cronulla Plaza. Cronulla station is around 10 minutes walk from the unit. Trains terminate at Cronulla railway station on the Cronulla branch of the Illawarra line, on the Sydney Trains network. Cronulla and National Park Ferry Cruises runs passenger services around Port Hacking and a regular route between Cronulla and Bundeena, on the edge of the Royal National Park. The Cronulla Ferry wharf sits on Gunnamatta Bay, beside Tonkin Park. The unit is located in a quiet block of 10 and a second separated block of 10 on the same large grounds. It is situated on the second floor which is also the top floor via stair only access. Noise is expected to be kept at a minimum as with most unit blocks and no pets allowed. Please respect our home as you would respect your own home leaving it in a tidy state just as you found it. We enjoy sharing our unique space with others, however, our neighbors comfort is extremely important to us and must be respected at all times.
