Mermaid Beach/Miami is simply a laid-back spot where you’ll love just hanging out and enjoying your holiday with your family, friends and your dog! The apartment encaptures this feeling with the Pacific Ocean just around the corner and being fully renovated makes it very comfortable. 2 Bedrooms - The first with a queen bed + walk in robe and the second with a double bed and single bed bunk, 1 bathroom, spacious living and dining area, Full Kitchen and Laundry, deck with BBQ, front yard and your own car space. Its just a 150m stroll to the white sandy beach and waves of Mermaid Beach and just 300m to either the Surf Club or local shops, restaurants and cafes. Once you arrive at the apartment and park your car in your private garage you can put your keys away! Everything is so close and with bikes for you to get around on it makes your time here seem even more relaxed just cruising the beachfront strip. There's also a body board for the big and little kids to enjoy the ocean once you're ready for a dip :) The Gold Coast Airport is only 25 minutes away to the south and Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise even closer to the north. The theme parks like Dreamworld / Movie World are a 40min drive away with Seaworld only 15min away but are all easy to get to and from even by bus! If your furry friend loves to come with you and is quiet and friendly then he/she is welcome here - just talk to us when booking. Entire ground level being fully renovated with 2 bedrooms, spacious living and dining area, full kitchen and laundry, bathroom with separate toilet, outside BBQ/deck and grassed area's. 150m walk to the beach or stroll 300m into the local shops. Bus stop is just 1 block away. 2 Bikes and a body board for guest use. Beach, Cafes, Festivals, People, Markets, Surfing, Walks, Restaurants, Music, Bike rides, Whale watching, Kids fun, Relaxing ... pretty much everything! You can walk almost everywhere locally or ride so you really don’t need a car once you've parked it in the garage, but if you're without a car and need transport the bus is only one block away! We do have a very friendly dog and cat but they don't come into your fenced private front yard. *** Unfortunately we currently have a new home being built next door so there is noise able to be heard during the working week. We have spoken to builders and they have agreed to keep the noise minimal before 7.30am and the weekends to be 'no work'. In saying that there are times where the volume of noise is worse than others. We have been told the construction will be done by Christmas 2021 . ***
