Charming cottage just renovated in the heart of Narellan is a 2 minute walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. Close to major business and employment areas of Smeaton Grange, Gregory Hills, Campbelltown Station, Campbelltown Hospital and Western Sydney University campus. 10 minutes to Sydney University at Cobbitty, historic Camden, Mt Annan Gardens and the gateway to Picton, The Railway Museum at Thirlmere and The Southern Highlands. Weddings venues close by are Gledswood Winery & Belgenney Farm. Guests have access to and use of 3 bedrooms, lounge room, dining room, kitchen, sunroom/back verandah, laundry & backyard. Guests have access to the whole house, the front yard, back yard and the parking area at the rear of the house. I am available for questions by text or by phone where necessary. Narellan is a thriving township with a vibrant new shopping centre equaling the best Sydney has to offer. There are many large and small retail outlets, banks, cafes and restaurants. There is a cinema, library, aquatic centre and numerous medical centres nearby. Narellan Town Centre is a 5 minute walk away is well serviced by major roads. There is a bus service to Campbelltown Train Station and a shuttle service to University Western Sydney Campbelltown. Please be aware that we are in the middle of a very long drought and on Level 2 water restrictions. So please be mindful of your water usage and cut back where you can. Also we provide air conditioning for cooling and heating. In extreme weather there is a huge demand on our electricity and power providers. 24 degrees is the ideal temperature setting for comfort. Please leave the air conditioning setting at this temperature. It saves electricity and keeps our costs down and it lessens the impact on the environment and climate change.
