The property is located in the heart of one of the oldest stone quarries (XII century) in the municipality of Carmignano. Completely renovated in 2016, the cottage combines the Tuscan style of furniture with modern installations to ensure the most comfort (the whole house is equipped with a heating and cooling floors). The cottage is also furnished with both an indoor and outdoor alarm system. The strategic location mid-way between Prato, Empoli and Florence (15km) makes this the ideal place to discover the main sights of Tuscany, while relaxing in the quiet of nature. The property's location also allows quick access (10 minutes) to the highway (Fi-Pi-Li) and the nearby Signa Station through which thirty trains pass daily to Florence and Pisa. During your stay you cannot miss a visit to the charming village of Artimino (2km); known for the Etruscan necropolis , and the Villa Medici of "One hundred chimneys." The house is therefore well-suited to every need, from itinerant tourists, to lovers of peace and good wine ... The wood-burning oven and grill located on the side of the laundry lend themselves perfectly to a barbecue on sunny days, and the basketball court in front of the house can satisfy even the sportiest! ;)
