Brynmill room is 1 of 6 rooms in this lovely Edwardian townhouse, a stone’s throw away from beautiful parks, a vibrant bar and eatery scene, and the sea. We've made sure there is ultra-fast wifi across the whole house for you to enjoy your own personal media streaming. Please be aware that we sometimes have NHS workers staying here and it is a quiet house. There is zero tolerance for parties and noise. Brynmill room is the ground floor front room, with buckets of light. Shared areas include: 2 bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped large kitchen/dining area, a patio area and laundry room. I strongly advise that only individuals book the rooms. Couples/pairs on short-term stays of a few nights are allowed but there is a £10 extra guest fee per room, per night. *This space is not suitable for quarantine* The house is designed to have a relaxed, vintage and kitsch feel, making the most of the original features. Please remain respectful of each others and your needs when it comes to washing/drying clothes, cooking and cleaning up. Thank you! Uplands is a perfect distance from the city centre, the beach, Swansea Uni (Singleton campus) and Singleton Hospital. It's very easy to get buses and taxis around town. I would strongly recommend taking the car (your own or rented) to the nearby Gower Peninsula. The Gower is an award winning area of outstanding natural beauty - not to be missed! Or even, grab your bike and cycle along the front to mumbles for a Joe's icecream. I will be cleaning the shared areas, checked-out rooms, emptying bins and watering the plants every week. So, I will be on hand if there is anything you need! Brynmill park, Singleton Park, Swansea Bay and Uplands are all walking distance. Uplands is a young and vibrant area with lots of popular places to go. Bars such as: Noah's Yard, The Optimist, Brewstone, Bar St James. Crumbs is a really popular vegetarian cafe. Done and Dusted is a new sandwich shop. Brewstone, Vietnam and The Optimist offer lovely food. Brynmill Room, Clyne Room, the kitchen/diner and 1 bathroom (with bathtub shower) are on the ground floor.
