Full kitchen with cookware utensils , plates , bowels , saucers , dish , pots , fry pan . Usable two plate cooktop . E rice cooker , toaster, slow cooker , microwave, fridge . Guests can use entire space inside the flat .outside small smoking area . Two bed rooms with entire area approx 40m2 space total . Suitable for 4 guests however one air mattress / mattress is available on prior request b4 booking to accomodate maximum 6 guests subject to number of guests booked . Fully furnished . Do your own cooking . essential cooking utensils available as listed . Washing machine ,Dual air conditioning.fire hydrant , smoke alarm and exhaust fan. Guests can self check in . Key is inside the keypad however host will be available to assist guest check in . Guest receive the PIN number after confirmation of your booking and few hrs prior to chek in . Guest booked in as one person will be given access to one bedroom only . The second bedroom will be closed & not accessible unless prior arrangement is made with the host . Smoking only allowed outside front area .guest has to bring own toiletries . Please follow the COVID 19 health safety protocols by keeping your distance , sanitising , washing hands , wearing masks and keeping the accomodation area clean tidy, double jabs and sanitized all the times . Depending on the guests . Iam available on site ,via mobile phone and email. Quiet neighbours . This is a upgraded new two bedroom granny flat with entrance from front of the house . No pets please(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) smoking allowed in the outdoor area only . Off street free car parking . Please keep the main fly screen door closed all the times . Keep the house clean & tidy at all times . Any other reasonable requirement by the guests can be requested to the host and looked into providing . Guest does their own laundry and washing whilest their stay . Please keep all PowerPoints and lights off when not in use Be etiquette . Kitchen area cooktop has only two plates for cooking . Please do not use other two cook top stove plates . please feel free to contact the host or co host .guests brings their own toiletries and washing detergents etc . Guests can book daily ,weekly and monthly stays with discount .due to COVID 19 . It is very important for guest to confirm your health checks and follow Nsw government health protocol. Two jabs and Please follow the abnb guidelines Maintain safe distance , wash hands , wear mask , sanitize and keep place clean and practice good hygiene .lost keys or keys not returned after check out will cost guest $450 should the locks need replacement because of no returned keys cost minimum $450 .
