The master bedroom has a king sized 160cm bed and fitted wardrobes, sliding glass doors lead to the terrace.there are two twin bedded rooms both of which have fitted wardrobes, one bedroom has sliding doors to the terrace and the other over looks the front garden. The family bathroom has both a bath and purpose built shower. There are twin sinks in a vanity unit. There is a separate WC next to the bathroom. A covered terrace runs across the back of the house and provides plenty of shade to avoid the heat of the midday sun. There is plenty of garden furniture including sun beds and table and chairs. A BBQ is available for your use. The beautiful swimming pool is in full sun and has a decked surround, it is maintained by an outside contractor. There is secure parking for up to four cars and garage suitable for storing bikes etc. The property has electric gates and is walled to the front. You will be welcome to visit and taste at any of the prestigious wineries including the impressive chateau of Jonquieres. There is a choice of restaurants in the neighbouring villages of St Saturnin, St Felix de Lodez and Montpeyroux all no more than five minutes’ drive away. There is a bakery and butcher in St Felix de Lodez and a good choice of shops and a supermarket in St Andre de Sangonis which also has a weekly market on Fridays. There are some wonderful walks through the vines and in the surrounding hills. You can swim in the river or lake Salagou or the coast is an easy 45 minutes away. Car required
