A little wildlife oasis - 3 guests in 2 rooms.
MINIMUM of 2 nights on Bank Holiday weekends (FRI-MON). Our 5 bed detached home is on the northern outskirts of Paignton in an off road location, making it peaceful at night. 2 guest rooms (a single & a double) and a guests' bathroom . All rooms are on the ground floor. Breakfast included. WFI. No children 0-12 yrs. No pets plus we have no pets. Smoking allowed outside. My kitchen usage is for making drinks ONLY due to Covid19. You may put a few items in the fridge. The garden is a little wildlife oasis: regular visitors are Badgers, Foxes, Grey Squirrels and Pipistrelle Bats, while 37 species of birds have been recorded since March 2015. Guests have access to the garden where they can smoke. You can use the dining room day and night, where tea and coffee is available. There is parking on the property, protected by a movement sensor security light. I am available mainly during breakfast hours, but may be around at most other times should you require my assistance. My husband, Dave, is a keen birdwatcher and wildlife enthusiast. He is more than happy to offer advice or answer any questions you might have about this. We are situated 0.5 mile from the world renowned Paignton Zoo, and about a mile from Paignton town centre and sea front. Other nearby beaches include, Goodrington and Broadsands. A steam train runs from Paignton railway station to Kingswear, with links to the chain ferry to Dartmouth. The steam train also stops at Agatha Christie's house, "Greenway." The nationally rare bird, the Cirl Bunting, occurs on several sites locally. A local bus service to Paignton passes close to the house with conections to the main bus station and nearby train station. Breakfast consists of cereal, toast and/or croissants. It will usually be served, 07:30-09:00, but there can be flexibility by arrangement. Special dietary requirements can be catered for with advance notice.
