Beautiful classic villa with large private pool (11,5 x 5 m) within walking distance of the village of Le Tignet and 10 km from the perfume city of Grasse in Provence. The sandy beaches of Cannes are less than 30 km away. The Lac de St. Cassien, where you can rent pedal boats and canoes, is 11 km away. In the beautiful, fenced garden you have complete privacy. On the Roman steps of the swimming pool children can play and it is pleasant to enter and exit the water. On the terrace there are eight sunbeds with a parasol waiting for you. An outdoor shower provides extra cooling. Between the trees and therefore pleasant in the shade, there is a well-maintained bowling alley. The table tennis table is mobile and you can place it wherever you want. There is an official entrance which can be reached from the car park. From here you can also walk around the villa to a spacious and covered terrace at the front with underneath a large barbecue and a dining set; you will enjoy the view of the swimming pool and the lush garden. The covered terrace gives direct access to the lounge. Thanks to the large sliding doors, this space looks pleasantly light. There is a comfortable sitting area with an extended dining table. The television has satellite reception. The decoration is stylishly classic and through an open connection you enter the kitchen. The kitchen is decorated in mint green and beige and equipped with all appliances; you can prepare extensive meals if you wish. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, each suitable for two persons, with good beds and mattresses. The rooms have quiet tones and tasteful decoration. These three bedrooms share two bathrooms with shower, washbasin and toilet (one of which is en-suite). There is also a separate guest toilet.
