Stunning Gite with jacuzzi, swimming pool and lake

A stunning luxury Gite with Jacuzzi, pool, terrace, garden. Perfect for work meetings. The Gite sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms. Beds can be arranged as 2 super-kings and 2 singles or even as 6 singles. There is a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, free cable wi-fi, TV and lots more. Jacuzzi is €60 cash on arrival. We are also a Carp Fishing venue -fishing is an additional cost, please message. The Gite, pool, jacuzzi and garden are for Gite guests only. Upstairs in the Gite there are 2 spacious, beautifully decorated bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 people (plus babies) together with a bathroom with walk in rain shower, double sinks, illuminated heated mirror, heated towel rail and toilet. Shower gel, soap and hand lotion are provided free. All towels, including jacuzzi towels, and Egyptian cotton bed linen are included and beds will be make up before arrival. Both bedrooms have lake views and velux windows in the roof. All windows have external electric shutters providing blackout and ventilation. There is a large fan in each bedroom. There is also underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs to provide a great place for all seasons (an additional charge of €12 per day will apply for the heating in the colder months of the year). Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen with oak dining table and chairs. A second bathroom with walk in rain shower, illuminated heated mirror, sink and a separate toilet. The hall leads on to the salon with lovely leather sofas with adjustable headrests, table lamps, coffee tables and TV to relax and watch French and English channels. There is also a utility room with a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board. Double doors lead from the salon giving a lovely view of the terrace where you will find a large table and chairs, a BBQ and our wonderful 5/6 person jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is sheltered from the wind and rain with it's own cover and walls making it great even in the autumn/winter. The terrace then leads up to the garden area where there is an above ground swimming pool, sun loungers and an area to play small games or of course relax in the sun. There is a chess/draughts board with pieces set into the terrace and some games are provided (such as Giant Jenga, boules & Giant Twister). Another garden is to the front of the gite. All gite gardens, jacuzzi and swimming pool are private and for the use of our gite guests only. The pool is unheated and is available May-October. There is another patio with bistro table and chairs to the side of the gite which has proved popular for morning coffee. Parking for several cars or motorcycles is on site, close to the gite and secure behind locked gates. The gite is only 30m from the lake, so if you have requested details for fishing as well there's not far to go. Guests have full access to all of the rooms described as well as the gite gardens, terrace and patio. All of the gite, it's outdoor spaces, including the pool and the jacuzzi are private and for the gite guests only. We live on site in a separate house and are around to help or give advice and information on the surrounding area if needed. We will tend the pool and the jacuzzi daily to maintain them in a safe and clean condition. We are a rural Gite but the nearby town of Cosse-le-Vivien has 3 lovely boulangeries, a butcher, post office, pharmacy, bar/tabac, brasserie, banks (with ATMs). There is the nearby town of Craon with supermarkets and Craon Chateau with it's beautiful gardens. I've made an interactive map that I'm happy to share with guests when they are here. It shows lots of local attractions, restaurants, shops etc. Not far is La Rincerie where there is wakeboarding, water skiing on a beautiful lake, golf, swimming, bicycle hire and lots more. A great base to go out and explore the surrounding area in a car, on motorbikes or bikes. There are also some lovely walks (or Randonees) for which we can provide maps. We both ride motorbikes and invite you to use us as a base to explore. We can help with tools, air for tyre pressures etc and provide undercover parking if required. We're not far from the famous Le Mans racing circuit which makes us a great base for that special trip. There are buses in nearby Livre-la-Touche, Ballot and Cosse-le-Vivien.
