Warm family home in Chch, near university

We live in a two story five bedroom family home on a private, safe, back section. Guests will have sole access to up to 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. The house borders the Deans Bush nature reserve meaning we are surrounded by beautiful native trees and birdsong. We are on a bike trail which leads in one direction through Hagley Park to the city and in the other the University of Canterbury (10 mins walk). Westfield shopping mall is two blocks away. We have two pets both old and polite. We are close to the University of Canterbury (3 mins drive, 10 mins walk), Westfield Riccarton Shopping Mall (5 mins drive, 10 mins walk), and Riccarton Bush (3 mins walk) which is a beautiful historic house and nature reserve that has a renowned Saturday Morning Farmers Market. You will have access to up to 3 bedrooms and private access to one bathroom upstairs. The kitchen and downstairs living areas are shared, but there is a small library and seating area upstairs (near the bedrooms) that will be available for guests. Plenty of parking is available on the street (which is quiet and safe). We are an easy 5 minute drive (15 minute walk) from Hagley Park, Christchurch’s beautiful Central Park and Botanic Gardens. The city is an easy 10 minute drive away. You will have access to up to 3 bedrooms and private access to one bathroom upstairs. Jane lives in the home with her daughter Niamh and is friendly, experienced and helpful for any questions you might have regarding your stay in Christchurch. The home is in Fendalton, a well established, quiet neighbourhood with many character homes and fine gardens.
