Il Borghetto di Chianti Classico

Il Borghetto is located five minutes away from the piazza of Gaiole-in-Chianti with a view of the surrounding Chianti Hills. The apartment has a private entrance, terra-cotta floors, furnished with a double Chianti iron bed and Madonna picture, a large armadio and en suite bathroom. The room leads to a large shared garden terrace and access to a 25-metre pool facing the Hills. Breakfast and car parking included. Due to high demand, special conditions may apply under the Eroica weekend. The apartment is part of a "Borgo", small village, and has been rewarded for its design and the use of local building materials. The location is only a 5-minute walk to piazza of Gaiole-in-Chianti with all its amenties. Breakfast with family and other guests included in the price. As hosts we are always available to assist and also arrange for other acivities such as biking, hiking, wine tasting, cooking classes and guided tours in the area. Gaiole-in-Chianti probably mostly known as Eroica-town is located in the heartland of Chianti. The old market town is surrounded by a beautiful scenery excellent for both hiking and biking. Excellent restaurants and world renowned wineries could be found in the area.The proximity to Siena and Florence makes it a great destination to go to. The town could be reached by bus from Siena, although most of our guests bring their own car. Parking in a garage below the Borgo is optional.
