SACHSENPERLE

Our SACHSENPERLE is located in the lively district of Dresden Neustadt, directly opposite the Alaunpark not far from the Kunsthof and comprises the entire floor of a beautiful Wilhelminian style house. On 90sqm you are surrounded by a mix of styles and design icons from Baroque to the present. The centerpiece of the apartment is the 45 sqm oak-covered living room with an open kitchen and bar. Our two bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds) face east in the quiet leafy courtyard. We have reconstructed one of the two bathrooms for you with a historic bathtub and washbasin in the Wilhelminian style, the other is furnished in a contemporary Italian design with shower, toilet and concrete sink. In the open kitchen you will also find all the necessary utensils for a longer stay. We have put together a folder with our personal tips and highlights for you in the immediate vicinity, it is ready in the apartment. The Neustadt is the lively trendy district of Dresden with many restaurants, bars and clubs and individual shops. Especially in the A glass of Saxon wine can be enjoyed in restaurant gardens in a romantic green courtyard with a Mediterranean flair. To Dresden The old town has good transport links, but it can also be reached on foot in 25 minutes. The Elbe and the Dresdner Heide are in close proximity and invite to restful Walks.
