Unit is located behind our house. Own entrance, off street parking. A 2 minute walk to a bus stop, which can take you to Chermside or the City. Shops (Coles +), restaurants and hotel. 15 minute drive to major shopping centres and hospitals. 40 minutes to city. 2 hours Gold Coast and 1.5 hours to Sunshine coast. The unit is only suitable for 1 or 2 guest. I am sorry but I cannot accommodate infants/children or pets. Full kitchen with all the necessary accessories for cooking. Welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk. Washing machine in the bathroom. Luggage rack. Library exchange. Great queen size bed. And a small patio to relax in the sunshine or a quite drink after a big day sightseeing. Green outlook. Own entrance and off street parking on the left-hand side of the garage looking from the street. Key box located next to the down pipe. If we are not home to welcome you. Please keep the gate locked. Walk around to the unit, there are sensors lights for night time. We live in the house adjacent but will be away sometimes, however we are only a phone call away so are available to help with any concerns. A key safe is provided and information will be given to you before your arrival if we are not home. A booklet is available inside the house. Happy to provide information about tourist attractions. We give you your privacy but are also very happy to have interaction with you if you want. Quiet suburban street. 2 minute walk to buses to city and major shopping centres. Off street parking and free on street parking. Many walkways along the creeks. We are very happy to show you these. International and domestic airport 45 mins. Public swimming pool within walking distance. Eatons Hill hotel is walking distance but driving is easier. Public golf course 10 mins. Major sporting grounds within 40 mins. Major hospitals 20 mins.
