Heartsridge Hill Cottage features modern appliances and air conditioning, open plan kitchen/living area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry area and lovely timber deck. Tea, coffee and basic essentials are provided for your convenience. Undercover car parking is beside the cottage. Presentation, cleanliness and privacy is our priority for guests. Set on a hill with spectacular views of farmland and mountain ranges, Heartsridge Hill Cottage is a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Enjoy views of lush green pastures with cattle grazing peacefully and the magnificent sunsets in the west. Relax in the sunshine on the front deck or go for a leisurely stroll along the quiet country roads. The towns of Moe or Trafalgar are within a 10 minute drive for all your shopping needs and there are many cafes and restaurants to choose from. Not far away is Blue Rock Lake - perfect for a picnic, Narracan Falls or Edward Hunter Reserve and don't forget the historic gold mining town of Walhalla (approx 40 minute drive). Inground pool (by arrangement) We are available should you need anything. You can either message via Airbnb, text, call or knock on our door. In the midst of a farming community, lush green pastures and rolling hills. You will need to arrive by car or taxi as the nearest public transport is approximately 10kms. We are tucked away in a quiet, farming area, so please follow the directions we send to locate the property. Moe is less than 10 minutes away (by car) for shopping. Hot water service is medium size, but will provide showers for 4 as long as they are not too lengthy. The shower recess is not very large - 750 x 730mmm with a pivot door. There is a 2nd tv in master bedroom with Netflix connected. We live in a house on the property, completely separate to the cottage, so we are handy if you need anything during your stay, but we will give you the privacy you need.
