Urban retreat in Old Quarter Duplex Penthouse

Our apartment is a Penthouse Suite, which spreads over two floors connected by an indoor staircase. The apartment has its own private access, which are staircase and elevator . We are able to accomodate 2 to 6 guests. Our house is located on the edge of the old town and also the French Quarter, so you have a great balance of tourist, local and "European" city all around you : 5 'walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, a few steps to the Puppet Theater, night market, street food, etc. Our house is located closed to all most everything that you need. Hoan Kiem Lake, night market, street food is 5 min walk; Popular sights ( Old Quarter, French Quarter, Hanoi Opera House, National Museum of Vietnamese History,...) is within 5 - 8 min walk; and Grocery shop is right around the corner. Our ground floor is a flower shop/ coffee shop. Guests will go through this ground floor to get to the stair and elevator. Our penthouse suite includes all private living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and large balcony space. The apartment is supplied with all cooking appliances, AC as well as all the amenities that you might need, such as towels, bed sheets, soap, shampoo, toiler paper, hair dryer, iron, and etc. We have strong wifi connection, with internet modem on each floor. Not only so, guests can also access our outdoor terrace, a perfect space for relaxing, and the washing machine on the 4th floor. My sister ( co-host) and I are currently studying aboard but my parents will be there to welcome you. We have been doing airbnb since (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) and was able to welcome guest from all over the world. Although my parents don't speak English, but they are super friendly and caring. They live on the 3th floor so they will be around most of the time to help if you need anything. On the other hand, my sister and me are also available through airbnb 24/7. Although our house is only 5 min from the center of the city, the street that our house located on is actually just far enough for you to have a get away from the hustle and bustle of the Hanoi city. It's very easy to get around the city. There are bus stations near the house. Taxi is also a really convenient and inexpensive way to get around the city. I would also recommend using the GRAB app (it's like Uber/ Lyft for Vietnam). To get to our house from the airport, it's only 45 min drive. Airport Taxi would be the easiest and most convenient way. The price is around (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) VND. You will receive the apartment's key from the flower shop's staff once you arrive to our house. The keys include your room key, the front door key and a security card for the elevator. The flower shop on the ground floor is opened from 7AM to 10:30PM. If you want to leave the house ealier or later than that, you can use the front door key that is attached with your room key to open it. If you have any trouble with opening the door, you can ring the bell on the left and my parents will come down to help.
