Casa Adriana in ancient Villa with private garden

Casa Adriana is a beautiful house inside a 14°century Villa. This Villa is owned by the Migliorini family since the 17° century. You have a private garden at your disposal, wifi, a/c, washer, dishwasher, private parking. Casa Adriana is very close to Florence (15 minutes by train) and you can easily reach Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano and Chianti in 1 hour driving. All'interno di Casa Adriana potrete avere la sensazione di vivere all'interno di una dimora storica appartenente ad una famiglia nobiliare toscana. L'appartamento è tutto disposto su un unico piano (piano terra), composto da camera da letto, un grande bagno comunicante e una cucina attrezzata dalla quale si accede ad un grande giardino ad uso esclusivo. La camera è composta da un letto matrimoniale, un grande armadio, una Smart-tv dotata di connessione a Netflix e Amazon Prime ed è arricchita da un'antica "toilette". Su richiesta, è possibile aggiungere un letto singolo (Karup Beat). Il bagno è molto particolare, in quanto in passato era un teatro, dove la famiglia Migliorini era solita ospitare spettacoli teatrali. E' comunicante con la camera ed è dotato di doccia. Dal corridoio si accede alla cucina attrezzata con tutto l'occorrente per cucinare (forno, lavastoviglie, macchina caffè espresso, quattro fuochi). Di fronte alla cucina si trova il giardino, dove è possibile rilassarsi all'ombra dei cipressi o godersi la colazione circondati dal canto degli uccelli. Accanto all'ingresso della Casa si trova la cappella privata di famiglia. E' presente inoltre un parcheggio privato. Casa Adriana è dotata di aria condizionata e connessione Wi-FI. Guests will have access to the private garden where al fresco lunch, brunch or barbecue dinner will be the highlights of the stay. In our family estate, guests have the possibility to have a relaxing walk in olive trees fields, appreciating the colors of the nature and listening to birds songs. You can also have a stunning view on the tuscan hills from a balcony hidden by the bay trees or taking a moment for meditation in the Migliorini Chapel, that is located just outside Casa Adriana. We're at disposal during your stay for any need. We would be very glad to give our suggestions for wine tours, cooking classes, reservations for Florence museums and day trips to: - Cinque Terre - Pisa and Lucca - Siena and San Gimignano - Chianti area - Montalcino, Pienza and Montepulciano - Arezzo, Anghiari and Cortona. Check-in and keys: we will welcome you in person to show you the house and to provide you with the keys. In case of late check-in or if you're not able to tell us your ETA, you will find the keys in a key lock box right next to the gate. A car is highly recommended to fully enjoy your stay. All charges (electricity, heating, water, gas), internet connection and final cleaning are included. A private parking is at your disposal. Beddings and towels are furnished.
