VILLA FOR RENT BY OWNER available all the year for weekly rental from Saturday 5 pm to Saturday 10 am only. The Villa Villa Tuscany is an authentic old stone Tuscan property totally restored. The house sits on a wonderful 10-acre/4 hectare estate of olive groves and enjoys a southern exposure which offer sunlight from morning to evening. Its isolated and dominant position ensures complete tranquility with a magnificent panoramic view across the hills of the Chianti countryside. During the rental period, the owner, a famous French actor and director, lives in his theatre studio behind the main house in order to guarantee guests privacy and the exclusive use of the pool. The restoration of the Villa has been made in an extraordinarily tasteful manner that preserves the traditional Tuscan architectural style while offering, at the same time, all modern comforts and amenities. Situated in the heart of Tuscany between Florence, Siena and Pisa, this place is an excellent choice for exploring the Chianti region and a perfect location for large group of friends, family reunion or wedding celebration. The accommodations The 4,305 sq ft/400 m2 of the Villa divided on two floors offer to guests an ample space. A large room with huge Tuscan fireplace, comfortable sofa and armchairs make up the living area open onto the main terrace with panoramic view. The dining room seats 16 people on a long table, plus 4 people on a round table and has a cozy salon with an upright piano. The kitchen with its own access to the garden contains cooking equipment for serving 20 persons. It boasts a 5-burner stove, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator-freezer and all modern amenities. Close to the kitchen, there is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment and an office room with desk, sofa, phone and Canon printer/scanner/fax. The Villa's accommodations offers six large bedrooms with queen size or single size beds and six charming “Belle Époque” en suite bathrooms. The rustic and typical Tuscan furniture create a very nostalgic and 'retro' atmosphere of beauty and harmony. Several magnificent reproductions of masterpieces by Renaissance artists are displayed on the immaculate white walls of the Villa. All the rooms overlook the garden and have their own air conditioning system, wi-fi internet connection and window screens. Panoramic terraces The Villa includes three panoramic terraces open to the beauty of the surrounding countryside where it is a pleasure to have lunch and dinner. Private swimming pool In the midst of olive groves and facing the panorama is a large swimming pool with a full southern exposure. The pool (20 ft/6 m wide - 40 ft/12 m long - 4 ft/1,25 m deep with a 8 ft/2,50 m deep diving area) has a green terrace with umbrellas, dining canopy, sun beds, hammock and an open-air shower in a small bamboo grove. At night, it can be illuminated for midnight bathing under the stars. After 1.1 km from the Montespertoli sign, turn right at "Via Torre" direction "I Casciani". Continue for 800 m (the road becomes unpaved). Follow the first brown "L'Albero" sign and the second one for a left turn. Follow the sign "parking" and you arrive in front of the main entrance.
