Winemakers Cottage 2 story building, has been modernized and features a kitchenette, with microwave, dishwasher etc. Heating and cooling in all bedrooms, electric fires in living area and 1 bedroom. All linen supplied. Has 2 1/2 bathrooms, 1 is a disabled bathroom, 2 hairdryers. The cottage has stairs and some steps inside. Is situated in a working winery/vineyard and farm. Has private outdoor area with fire-pit & grill plus a BBQ. Large family bedroom has queen bed, 2 single bed and area to relax. There is plenty of parking, including 1 car port at entrance of the cottage. A wonderful walking track around wetlands and a boardwalk in a fern gully are on the property. Busy Warragul township is 3 km away, a shopping strip has many local boutique businesses, restaurants & coffee shops. kerbside parking and some car parks are available. On the outskirts of the town are larger stores. West Gippsland performing Arts Centre sits beside Civic Park. Farmland situated 3 ks from Warragul township.
