A tranquil Oasis located 4 train stops from Perth City or you can relax & enjoy the cafes, small bars & boutique shopping within 7 min walking distance of the apartment. We are located on an easy walk up first floor - the apartment itself has had a full make over & is well appointed with beautiful furnishing & light filled space. Lawley Towers is on a beautiful leafy treed green lawn expanse of land that makes you feel anywhere but within a suburb or city! We look froward to hosting you! Once inside our beautiful apartment you will feel instantly at home and surrounded by all the comforts you need. We have a balcony with a lovely treed vista and BBQ for those lovely evenings when cooking outside and having a beer or wine is a great way to finish a busy day. Our interior is well thought out and whilst stylish not overly fussy, everything in this property represents our travels and favorite treasures. Guests will have access to a car parking bay - number 29, the lawned area with clothes lines and the gazebo garden which has an outdoor dining table and some chairs. Fabulous cafes, small gourmet shops, bars and coffee shops with boutiques thrown in for good measure and banks, chemists, groceries and hairdressers. 20 mins from domestic airport 25 minutes from the international airport, 4 train stops from the city of Perth. There are two train station options either way up or down the road...Maylands Train Station....which if you use this underpass will take you across the railway tracks to Whatley Tce and Eigth Avenue where you can easily locate gourmet shops, boutiques and cafes and small bars. The other direction will bring you to Mt Lawley train station. The complex is quiet and enjoys a happy co existence of neighbours. No loud parties, noises or extra guests will be tolerated. Please be mindful that whilst you may be on holiday those around you are continuing in the normal lives that includes no disturbances etc.
