Apartment “Miriem” near to the beach

A lovely apartment with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other one has two single beds. This semi basement apartment is totally 75 m2 including a bathroom, living room and a kitchen. Miriem is ideal for families with children as well as for couples who would like to make quite and relaxed holidays close to the beach. The beach and the restaurants are only at 50 m walking distance. The garden is for common use whole day. The house has a private parking free of charge. The house as well as the apartment are newly built. There’s a washing machine, tv, free wifi, underfloor heating and cooling system. A baby bed can be added, too. There is a terrace in front the apartment as well as a big garden and a kiosk in the garden which is for common use. You can enjoy your coffee or have barbecue whenever you wish. Your kids are safe, they can have fun and play. I live upstairs so I am available for anything you may need 24/7 :-) At any season of the year you can enjoy this small seaside village. If you like to have quite and relaxed days you are at the right place. Not only in the summer but even in the winter you can enjoy a lot of sunny days. Psakoudia is near to other central places where you can find anything you may need. The Macedonia Airport in Thessaloniki is 75km far from Psakoudia. There’s an access with public transport.
