1 bed apt in Perranporth, close to town and beach

We welcome you to stay in our self contained ground floor apartment close to the centre of Perranporth. Set in a residential street it's just a short walk to the beach and town with all it's amenities. The apt comes with it's own entrance and has a small garden where you can sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. There is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a large shower, living room with TV and separate bedroom with a king size bed. Please note there is no allocated parking at the property Check is by lockbox from 3pm on day of arrival and code details are sent to you prior to your stay. Please note that there is no allocated parking at this property, parking is available in the street and adjacent streets. When booking in the busier months of July and August we give all guests £5 parking credit per night of your stay in the event that you need to pay for parking in a nearby carpark.
