The historical centre – Via Castello d’ Altafronte, a few steps from the Ponte Vecchio. Very quiet and pedestrian street. 50sq.m. 14th century building, 1st floor (17 steps), no lift/elevator but easy stairs, elegant and exclusive loft. COVID-19 PREVENTION MEASURES: security procedure for check-in, security procedure for check-out, rethinking spaces for Covid-19 prevention measures, disinfection after each stay. No common spaces to share with other guests. Very quiet loft on one level, completely renovated and furnished with modern style. Living room with a king size sofa bed and TV Lcd. One elegant bathroom with a shower, kitchen complete with appliances (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, American coffee machine, toaster). Dining area with table for 4 people. Sleeping area with king size bed, twin wardrobe and TV Lcd. FACILITIES: Fans, free wifi, independent heating, TV lcd, hairdryer, washing machine, iron, iron board, sheets and towels. Child’s cot on request (30 €). HISTORICAL NOTE In the current Piazza dei Giudici there was a castle built by an Altafronte family’s representative on the river Arno bank. The castle was destroyed by the 1333 flood and on its ruins, the new Giudici Palace was reconstructed. The denomination of the street Via Castello d’Altafronte has got memory of this antique presence. In the ancient age was named Chiasso Iscornino. Close to “paninaio” All' Antico Vinaio where you can taste the best sandwiches in Florence (the first one on Tripadvisor). Once you've made an appointment, if you arrive more than 1 hour late without informing, you'll have to pay 25 € supplement. Check-out is from 8.30-10.00am For check-ins and check-outs on special days (December 25th and 26th, January 1st, Easter, August 15th) there is a 40€ supplement. ⮚ PAPERWORK AND LOCAL TAXES At check-in, guests will be asked for their documents for notification to the authorities as required by Italian law. ⮚ CAR ACCESS: The apartment is situated in a pedestrian zone, accessible by car only by booking with a garage in the city centre. ⮚ Complete care of the furniture, respect for others living nearby and punctuality are essential ⮚ Don’t scratch the kitchen top with abrasive sponges ⮚ Please don’t put wet objects on the furniture ⮚ The consumption of electricity, gas and heating are included but we kindly ask you to pay attention to their consumption otherwise there could be an extra fee to be paid at your check-out ⮚ There is an extra cleaning fee of €50 if the apartment is left very dirty and with rubbish/garbage ⮚ If you lose the keys you will have to pay 25 € for each new set ⮚ No smoking ⮚ No parties or events ⮚ Pets are not allowed ⮚ Host can cancel the reservation and hold a deposit if the rules are not respected ⮚ Silence from 11pm to 8am ⮚ For any intervention for issues not caused by a malfunction of the property there will be a 30€ extra fee for the first hour, then 20€ each hour. From 19.30 to 22.30 there will be a 50€ extra fee for the first hour, then 30€ each hour
