La villetta si trova a 200 metri dal centro storico di Gabicce Monte dove si può ammirare l'emozionante tramonto dalla Piazza Valbruna. A 1km dalla spiaggia di Baia Vallugola e le spiagge di Gabicce Mare. La villetta ha due camere doppie, una singola, due bagni, cucina e ampio salotto, giardino con possibilità di cenare all'esterno. Posto auto. The villa is situated inside the green National Park of Monte San Bartolo in Gabicce Monte. A splendid small villa built in the 1950's provides two double rooms one upstairs and one downstairs and a single bedroom upstairs. There are two bathrooms, a lounge, a kitchen and a beautiful floral garden with a barbecue. Although the house is only 200 meters from the main square Piazza Valbruna which is very lively throughout the Summer period, the house is situated on the other side of the hill and is therefore alot quieter even though it is still in the "centro storico". The house has a wonderful panorama of the sea and the castle of Gradara in the distance. There is a parking area in the garden with a gate that can be locked if necessary. As the house is on a hill, there are two possibilities of beaches both only 1km away. There are the beaches of Gabicce Mare and Cattolica which can be reached by a 2 minute car ride, a 15 minute walk downhill or with a small train "trenino" which leaves on a regular basis everyday every 20 minutes. On the other side of the hill is the Baia Vallugola which can be reached in the same way by car, foot or trenino. There is a small supermarket in the main square of Gabicce Monte, bars and restaurants to choose from! With its sea views and green surroundings this place is an ideal place for a relaxing week-end or holiday for the family by the sea. My guests will have the availability of the whole house to themselves, with the garden and parking facility. I also have an orchard beside the garden and are happy to share my daily produce with my clients! As I live nearby we are always available to our clients in helping them if needed in organizing and giving details on events of what is happening in the area. Gabicce Monte is a beautiful, peaceful place ideal for a family vacation with many things to do and see in and around the area. Apart from its many walks through the Natural Park of Monte San Bartolo, the beaches, restaurants, pizzerias and bars in the local area, one can go and see nearby the Castle of Gradara, the Republic of San Marino, the famous Grotte di Frasassi, the Aquarium in Cattolica, Aquafan & Oltremare in Riccione, Italy in miniature & Fiabilandia luna park in Rimini, the Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro and not to mention live concerts, fireworks and local festivals organized by the local comune. One can use the local "trenino" service which leaves every 20 minutes from Gabicce Monte and takes you to Gabicce Mare, Cattolica and Gradara. There is also a bus service which runs all day and passes Gabicce once every hour. The train station is in Cattolica 2km from Gabicce. Rimini airport is 25km away and the town of Pesaro is 15km away which can be reached using local transportation. I have a friendly cat Ninja, who likes making friends with my guests and beautiful cockerels that like singing in the morning! The music of the countryside!
