Very close to Kemang, a suburb in South of Jakarta that is well known for stylish cafes, bars, and restaurants. Pejaten Village Mall is within 10 minutes walking distance. TransJakarta bus shelter (Ragunan-Karet Line) is 200 mtr away. 1. Amenities are provided for free (body soap, handsoap, shampoo, conditioner). 2. Clean and fresh towels, bed sheets, pillow cases, duvet cover are provided. 3. Drinking water is provided for free. Tap water in the building is not suitable for drinking. 4. You can use all kitchen equipments: 2 burner gas stove, a microwave, an electric jug, a fridge, and kitchen utensils. Mugs, drinking glasses, plates, basic cooking utensils, and cutleries are also available for use. 5. We ask you to clean the dishes and place everything back in its original place before you leave. Please put the rubbish into the bin. 6. Common rubbish dumpsters are available on each floor in the building. 7. No Smoking inside the apartment. 8. No drugs taken/consumed. 9. No pets are allowed inside the apartment as well as in the building premises. 10. No parties inside the apartment. 11. There are residents and guests in the adjacent apartmens in the building. Please be a good neighbor and keep the noise down, especially after 09:00 PM. 12. If you are in the trouble, please ask for Host via Airbnb Site. Please do not ask for caretaker of apartment or building and neighborhood. 13. Save energy, when you go to out from the apartment, please turn off the lights, TV, and the air conditioner. 14. When you are moving out, please make sure that you turn off the lights, TV, and the air conditioner. 15. If you lose the key or the access card, you have to pay for 300,000 IDR. 16. Daily cleaning of the apartment is not available. However, if you stay longer than 1 week, I will provide weekly cleaning of the apartment. You can enter or leave the apartment for 24 hours. An access card will be provided to you. However you should make sure that you keep your noise at a level that does not interfere with other tenants even during the day. Host will not be in the apartment building but customers can contact host anytime 24/7. Host lives in the nearby area. If there is any question about information for surrounding area or anything, please feel free to ask the host. Public bus stop (Trans Jakarta - Corridor 6) is only 300 m away. TransJakarta buses on corridor 6 starts from Ragunan to Dukuh Atas on Jalan Sudirman, passes the business distric area in Kuningan. 2 nights minimum stay Check in time is 3PM - 10PM Check out time is 12PM
