Devon Apartment with stunning Estuary & Sea Views

The property has 1 bedroom, a modern feel, a reasonably spacious footprint & located in the very pleasant village of Cockwood, near Dawlish. The open plan kitchen, lounge, dining area has a 50" TV, pleasant views overlooking the Exe estuary and beyond. The unit has c/ heating , a sofa with reclining foot rests, and a comfortable king size bed. Outside there is an off road parking space, 2 patio areas and a number of cycle / walking trails, a Sainsbury's s'market & a cosy harbourfront pub. Guests should find the entire space very peaceful and pleasant. A number of improvements have been made to the bathroom recently and some fencing has been erected to keep the outside patio areas more secluded & private. If arriving by car, guests should be aware that the driveway is 'L' shaped which leads to the parking space and the front entrance to the premises. Guests are welcome to call or text me any day between the hours of 9am and 6pm. Either myself or a colleague will be at the property to greet you and hand over the keys when you arrive. If not an email will be forwarded the day before you arrive to explain where the keys will left. The neighbourhood is residential, litter free, and very pleasant Whether you have the use of a car or not, the location is a very good base to explore the delights of Devon. And with the M5 motorway close by it is very accessible. The village itself is served with a very frequent bus service to all areas and attractions. In nearby Starcross and Dawlish there are mainline railway stations that connect to all parts of the country. In Starcross, from April to October, there is a very pleasant ferry service to Exmouth. Jurasic coast and estuary boat trips are also available. There are a good number of beaches nearby. The nearest is at Dawlish Warren with Dawlish, Teignmouth and Torquay a few miles further along. There are also superb beaches at Exmouth using the ferry service from Starcross. Please note that if Government Lockdown travel restrictions take place during the dates you have booked, a full refund will be made should you request it. Please also note that bedding, towels and all kitchen utensils are supplied but because of Covid some guests have requested to bring their own. Appreciate if you could let me know your preference.
