Just a 10min drive to town, makes us just far enough away to enjoy the tranquility and softness of a quiet night but still close enough to all the bay's entertainment. You’ll love this space because of the location, the people and the available space. If you are needing some time to rest, recoup and decompress, this retreat home offers that opportunity. We are a stay with a unique difference. The Khachodling Dakini Sanctuary is a peaceful refuge that has been created by a family who has devoted generations to studying the workings of the mind. While they travel the world sharing what they have discovered the caretakers Bec and Jane are here to keep this space open and available for you to connect with. The sanctuary is perfect for retreat or just some down time while visiting and connecting with the natural beauty Hervey Bay has to offer. Your private room is only steps away from your own large bathroom equipped with a deep bath for a complete relaxing experience. Downstairs, where the other residence reside, there is a small gift shop. We are also equipped with a commercial coffee machine and an onsite barrister ready to serve you fresh coffee at a small additional cost. The Sanctuary also has a large swimming pool for those hot Queensland summer days and relaxing balcony overlooking the beautiful garden.
