Casale OlivaMia, our historical 18th century farmhouse, renovated and finely decorated is surrounded by olive groves, fruit trees, rose and organic grown vegetable garden and offers accomodation for 10 pers. Bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, gelato parlour, ATM, gasoline and train station at less than 10 min drive. The entire casale, the pool and the garden are for you to enjoy peace and privacy. Explore the Sabina region and discover its hidden jewels : Casperia, Roccantica, Selci, Cantalupo in Sabina, Farfa , Rochetta , Torri in Sabina, Poggio Mirteto, Poggio Cattino, Vacone, Tevere-Farfa Regional Nature Reserve, Otricoli Ruins, Church of Saint Victor, Marmore Waterfall... Special COVID 19 Our farmhouse is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob, using cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. We refer to a cleaning checklist to thoroughly clean each room. Extra cleaning supplies are provided so you can clean as you stay: (disposable paper towels, disposable gloves, multi-surface-disinfectant cleaner, antibacterial hand sanitizer, extra hand soap) We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines (Website hidden by Airbnb) During season, we grow our organic vegetable & fruit garden where you can chose and pick the ripest and most genuine produce to make your dish. Around mid-November we harvest our olives and each year we are proud to produce OLivaMia , a premium extra virgin olive oil according to ancient traditions and with no use of pesticides/chemicals. We 'll be glad to tell you more about the "art" of making a premium extra virgin olive oil and we can organise a private oil tasting at the Casale. OlivaMia extra virgin olive oil has been awarded with 2 silver medals for the best oil at New York International Olive Oil Competition ( NYIOOC).
