The double bedroom is on the cosy side and the bed is very comfortable. Suitable for only 2 adults or 2 small children Storage in open robes, side draws & bed light, place to set your phone on charge & the adapter is beside the bed The Twin room has a 2 King single beds bed side table and lamp, open robes. Desk and lamp, draw with paper and pencils. We live in the property with our 3 little dogs. Poppy, Jack & Jasmine Strict-NO SMOKING No food and drinks in the room Enjoy We are live in hosts with our 3 little dogs, we love to share our large home with guests. We have modern facilities, induction cooktop, dishwasher, large dining areas inside and outdoor. Please keep shared areas clean and tidy for everyone to use. Enjoy our Zen areas outside a large BBQ and a fire pit for the cool winter nights to roast your marshmallows. Separate seating area for guests out the back sunroom with a fridge, microwave and tea and coffee facilities Local mini mart is 5 min drive Great walking tracks near by, enjoy our harbor views on your walk along Chipana Drive. Guest can use and enjoy the kitchen and dining area please clean up after yourself and put clean dishes away Front decking seating, enjoy your breakfast or relax with a wine Out the back seating in the sun room and outside seating areas Laundry facilities for a small fee $5.00 per load I like to socialize and listen to guest amazing life and cultural stories I will give you space as well We help with anything else you need for your trip we’ve been in Albany 16 yrs and enjoy advising you on our amazing surroundings and some of the best place to visit We have a quiet neighborhood with a dead end street and a kids park just at the end 10 minute walk to the Yacht club and plenty of walking and beach tracks around the Little Grove area.
