'Magnolia Lodge' Semi Rural 10 mins to Chester,

Ideally for single professional/quiet location semi rural although near A55 close to Chester Mold Wrexham etc., Its mainly just my husband and myself at home during the evenings watching TV Bathroom/Shower across the landing use of kitchen and utility room We are genuine and approachable people Both rooms fully sanitised using the latest ozone machine As mentioned this is a semi rural location but close to all essential amenities 24 hour shop just around the corner all other village shops not too far away Broughton retail and cinema complex just a few minutes by car Access to a lovely sunny garden with use of a gas bbq and sun lounges and Gazebo We are sociable and friendly and happy to help whenever we can and aim to make a travellers stay as comfortable as possible We are happy to be sociable with guests but if they prefer privacy then thats also fine with us This is a small row of about 12 houses some little cottages over looking fields and a wooded area to the back of the house We have lived here for about 9 years and its very safe and pleasant location In the main village of there are about 4 restaurants there are also lots of lovely areas to go for walks such as The Gladstone Estate Bus stop to Chester across the road Train station also across the road although its not a direct line to Chester but its direct to Wrexham there are also local taxi firms in the area Entrance to the house and bedrooms is very private we leisure in a snug at the back of the house
