Cafes, restaurants and a weekly growers market are on your doorstep. Dantosa Studio apartment is located in Royston Street. It is close to public transport and taxis. Or you can take in Sydney's street scape by walking to Sydney's downtown and Opera House in 15-20 minutes. The small apartment has recently been renovated, has great views of East Sydney, and is fully kitted out with everything you need to enjoy your Sydney visit. Our Studio apartment has two sleeping areas: in the main room, the Clei murphy queen bed can turn into a sofa if you prefer during the day. The second room of the apartment is a small bedroom with murphy bunk beds and a laundry. It is ideal for working from home with a good wifi, an adjoining room if you need some privacy and a great outlook and small outdoor area where you and your coffee can greet the morning sun. Thank you. *Short-term Parking Availability: subject to availability, we can provide a limited number of parking permits. The number of permits depends on the length of your stay. Daily council parking permits allow parking in our street and the area within zone 17 of the Sydney City Council parking plan. Additionally, there is parking available in Neild Ave (unlimited). Neild Ave is about a 7-8min walk from Dantosa Studio. Parking here is subject to availability. Please note that each year the local council provides a strictly limited number of daily parking permits. As we are limited we are unable to provide continuous parking for longer term stays (5 nights or more). For long term stays, as mentioned there is free and unlimited parking nearby. We're very happy to help you locate this parking option. Darlinghurst is one of Sydney's foodie destinations. Cuisine from all parts of the world is available at local restaurants and cafes. Bakeries and a fantastic ice cream shop (Sydney's best Gelato bar!) are all walking distance away. If you wish to cook yourself, the apartment has a newly renovated kitchenette with an oven, microwave and halogen cook top stove. A weekly growers market sells the best of produce so you can create your own delights in the apartment. Dantosa Studio apartment has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, TV, wifi and all the other modern conveniences you would expect of luxury apartment. It is located is a leafy, quiet part of Darlinghurst. When you're ready to relax, you can can close your door on busy Sydney and enjoy your own space in comfort. Please note Dantosa Studio apartment is on the 2nd floor of an Art Deco building. The 2nd floor access is via internal stairs (there is no elevator). It is a studio apartment with a living room containing a luxury queen-sized murphy bed. The kitchenette adjoins the living room. There is separate room with luxury murphy bunk beds. And separate shower and toilet bathrooms. Refer to the photos for more information. Also, do note that there is no dedicated parking provided with the apartment. There is limited street parking and for select stays, daily permits can be made available for some of the stay. There is parking (unlimited time) in Neild Ave which is about 4 blocks away - an 8-10 minute walk. For cooling and heating, a Dyson fan is available. There is no centrally ducted air-conditioning, being located in an older-style building. Dantosa Studio apartment is your sanctuary. Interaction with us is normally limited to key collection and troubleshooting, but we are happy to answer your questions and we appreciate receiving feedback. Dantosa Studio is ideal for folks who want to spend extended time exploring and getting to know Sydney. We welcome all guests, whether you want to stay for a short, medium to longer period. It is important to respect our neighbours so if you are looking for a place to party, this is definitely not the one. The restaurants, cafe, bakeries and shops make for a vibrant urban scene which is open 24/7. Our favourites include: Gelato Messina (241 Victoria Street), the Red Lantern Vietnamese restaurant (60 Riley Street), Malabar South Indian restaurant (274 Victoria Street) and Bar Coluzzi cafe (322 Victoria Street). Trains, buses, taxis, uber, or walking. All options are on your door step. There is street parking but it is limited to one hour. There are some parking stations nearby if you do wish to bring a car, although in many cases you may be better off without one. We want our guests to enjoy Dantosa Studio. Linen, towels, bathroom amenities, kitchen and cleaning solutions are provided, as well as WiFi, a flat screen TV, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kitchenware, coffee expresso machine, hair dryer, etc. There is a wardrobe for hanging clothes and some shelf space available.
