The apartment is located on the coast, and it's an ideal vacation spot for those who love peace and quiet, swimming from sunrise to sunset and beyond. Behind the apartment there is a beautiful garden with the place for a grill. The apartment is suitable for 4 persons. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities, and if you want to dine in the fresh air there is space in the garden where you will surely enjoy. For people who really want to relax and enjoy the delights of the sea, this is the perfect place. From sunrise to sunset you can be on the beach, swim,sunbath, and everything you need is at your fingertips. Guests can use a small pier made in Mediterranean style which is located in front of the apartments, two bigger piers right next to it, a small fishing boat, beach chairs on the beach, a grill area and a tree house (for kids) both located behind the house in a beautiful garden. Since the apartment is on the first floor of the family home during a guest's stay, we will be available when needed. For all that is necessary, and perhaps not mentioned in this article, we will try to help as much as we can. Our neighbors are quiet, family people, very friendly and open to everyone. A neighborhood where your apartment is located is very small, but only 10 minutes of walking away from the town. There you can find restaurants, ice cream places, cafes, beach bars, a park etc. Parking spot is located near the apartments. If you don't arrive by your car, do not be anxious. Transportation from the airport, which is located in Tivat, can be provided to you. Montenegro is a small country. In fact, in one day you can get from the south to the north and just enjoy the beauty of the sea, lakes and mountains. Kotor, city under UNESCO protection is only 17 km from Risan, Herceg Novi - 27km and Budva, attractive tourist destination that offers a good time is around 30 km away from our place. Local buses are quite often. As of July 1st, 2018., every guest needs to pay tourist tax which is NOT included in price. Tourist tax price is 1 Euro per person per night.
