This lovable 1 Bedroom fully self-contained short-term apartment is situated in one of the most sought-after Fortitude Valley locations. Enjoy the open and spacious living area with the dining just off to the side within the internal alfresco balcony that can be left open or closed to separate the dining area from the rest of the apartment. Open the large sliding windows to look out to pool views (this apartment is not suitable for smokers unfortunately). 1 or 2 small dogs on prior approval. This gorgeous 7th floor entire apartment is fully self-contained with a complete kitchen, your own private laundry, a coffee machine, modern furnishings and all linen and towelling provided. This apartment is approved for pet stays, on a case-by-case basis, provided the requirements (below) are met, as passed down from the Body Corporate of the building, and you have written approval from me: *1 or 2 small DOG/s (strictly no cats sorry!) under 15 kgs *Must be up to date with worming and flea medication *Pet owner must supply colour photo of pet, council registration papers and vaccination records prior to arrival *Pet must be toilet trained, used to apartment living and not a constant barker or likely to cause a noise nuisance with neighbours *Pets are not allowed on the Level 3 BBQ and Pool Area This apartment is perfect for your holiday stay, ready to become your home away from home - you will be provided with an apartment key and a security fob to allow you access through the foyer after hours, up to your level in the lift, to the pool and BBQ area on level 3 and into the lift lobby via the foyer which is locked until swiped. You will be given a car pass (if required) that will allow you entrance into the car park's residential area and to your allocated parking bay. You won't be able to check in formally through any reception (the M&A Reception in the foyer is completely separate to my business and is in place for the permanent residents of the building, so their staff cannot assist my guests) and although I live in the building, I stay out of my guest's hair unless needed! I am available to contact by phone 24/7 and provide my mobile number inside your check in envelope. I live in the building but I am very understanding of my guest's right to peace and privacy, so you won't hear from me very much unless you need some assistance or have any questions :) This apartment is in a phenomenal location of Fortitude Valley, just around the corner from the James St Precinct with restaurants, cute little cafes, bars and boutique clothing stores lining the streets! Less than ten minutes walk to the Valley Metro train station and about a minute walk from the Ann Street bus stor. Ubers arrive in about 1-2 mins generally all times. Walk to the Brisbane CBD in under 20 mins! Unbeatable location you won't be disappointed :) Bus stops are just around the corner on Ann Street, the train station is less than ten minutes walk and Ubers will arrive within 1 or 2 minutes - transportation is never an issue from our location. An extra child or adult can be occupied in this apartment with the use of a single-sized fold-away bed including linen, at an additional flat fee of $50 for the duration of your stay, subject to availability so please book in advance!
