The lodge is spacious & comfortable, offering accommodation for up to six guests. Situated on the ground floor, Pine Lodge offers self-catering facilities with a double & two twin bedrooms. There is a large kitchen diner & spacious sitting room, enclosed landscaped garden, with a private, enclosed patio area with hot tub & fire pit. Wood available @£5 bag (cash only). A TV and Wi Fi throughout,washing machine, bait fridge and a tackle lock up. Gas and electricity provided via £1 coin meter. Guests can occupy the whole of the lodge, which has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin. A large kitchen/diner. Large sitting room, and shower room. The enclosed garden complete with patio, fire pit and secluded hot tub overlooks the river Severn and has countryside vistas from every angle. The lodge has it’s own enclosed lawned garden, and large private patio area. There is a tackle lock up with bait fridge, and ample parking. It offers a beautiful riverside retreat for fishermen or families wishing to explore the Shropshire countryside. The key will be left in the door for you, as due to COVID we are operating a ‘no contact’ check in, so just help yourselves. Gas and electric are provided via a £1 coin metre, so remember to bring some with you or alternatively pop across to the house if you need some changed. Available to call during stay, or call at the house should you need any help. Shropshire Getaways is situated in the picturesque Severn Valley. There are many scenic walks along the banks of the river Severn, and the local country park. The Ship Inn is a 5 minute walk away. Highley Severn Valley railway station is also a 5 minute walk where you can step back in time and take a ride on a beautiful steam train. The Ship Inn and Severn Valley Railway are easily reached by a 5 minute walk from the lodge. The local shops are approximately 2 miles away with an uphill climb up Station road. Highley is 7 miles from the market town of Bridgnorth, and 10 miles from the picturesque town of Bewdley. A car is recommended in this rural location. The lodge has WiFi, TV and washing machine. There are £1 coin metres for electric and gas. The hot tub is for exclusive use of the guests at Pine Lodge. Please note, pets are not permitted.
