The two queen rooms have desks for working, adjustable basebed frames, TVs, and adjustable light makeup mirrors. Covered parking available under the car port. Play badminton or bocce ball in the grass out back. Help yourself to all the produce in the vegetable garden you can find. Currently producing: cucmbers, yellow squash, Zucchini, cherry tomatoes, beefsteak tomatoes, and corn. We are at your service! We live upstairs and enjoy talking to our guests, showing them around the garden, and resolving issues quickly. The interior door between floors has locks on both sides for your safety and privacy, as well as ours. located 2 blocks from downtown mainstreet you are within a short walking distance to a variety in 11 restaurants! Just 1 block from a beautiful city park which hosts a large playgrounds, pickleball courts, events and summer concernts. Payson has been featured in several films and if you are lucky you might see the streets decorated for Christmas in July or as an extra. This city has something that welcomes everyone. Feel free to use the empty lot south of the property for parking large vehicles and turning around so you don't have to backout on the main street.
