This great 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage (1440 sq. ft.) located on Hanley Lake is the perfect family get-away. Hanley Lake is a great lake for kayaking, fishing, & boating. Explore it for yourself with our kayak’s or 14’ aluminum boat. The cottage is located on the upper chain-of-lakes & just minutes by boat to Intermediate Lake a beautiful 1500 acre all sports lake. There is a very nice boat launch on Intermediate Lake just minutes from the cottage. You will find a new aluminum/composite dock in the water to accommodate a boat, fire pit near the water, and a sandy area perfect for evening gatherings. The cottage is located on a quiet private drive perfect for kids riding bikes. Awesome golf opportunities in all directions (Ag-a-ming resort, Schuss Mountian resort) within 30 minutes. 15 minutes to Bellaire (home of Shorts Brewery), 25 minutes to Charlevoix. You will find many different opportunities for visiting local wineries, breweries, meaderies, & distilleries on the Torch Lake Tour. This cottage is just minute for Torch Lake and Grand Traverse Bay as well. Just a short walk to downtown Central Lake where you will find restaurant opportunities (Blue Pelican, Central Lake Tavern) or Ice Cream/ Fudge at Fudgees. Also, check out Bachmans for kids toys and candy while you are down town. The Blue Pelican has a great patio area/outdoor bar area that is worth checking out and quite often there will be some live music going on in the evenings. The cottage: -Master bedroom- enjoy a queen bed with a new mattress and a view of the lake. Adjoining the master bedroom is a newly renovated master bathroom.
