Pico de Loro Condominium Unit

This condo unit is open to domestic and foreign guests. Need 48 hrs to book prior to arrival. Max. no. of guests is 8 pax only (1 yo-adult). It is furnished with Queen-size beds; 2 sofa-beds and twin-size foam mattresses. Both bed rooms are fitted with cool and quiet ac system. The living room, dining and kitchen are neatly laid out in a 60 sq.m. room with all the necessary amenities. Huge veranda facing the mountains with chairs and a table is refreshing to lounge on. Total floor area: 110 sqm. Pico de Loro is unique because of its resort-lifestyle-condominium-living concept located very close to Manila and accessible by land either through Tagaytay or Ternate, Cavite Nasugbu road. It is a place for families to take a short weekday or weekend outing, bonding and relaxation together in a well organized and well maintained resort like environment less the cost of a real resort stay. Pico de Loro is set in a valley about 2-3 kms away from the national highway, cuddled by legally protected mountains of Mt. Pico de Loro, covered by lush and dense forest canopy and a large cove of well maintained fine dark sandy beach where people enjoy great outdoor activities mixed with the convenience of modern resort amenities. Pico de Loro is a place for active family getaway for indoor and outdoor recreational activities. It is also a place for relaxation and meditation because of the quietness, serenity and purity its natural environment offers. People who experienced the place come out with renewed mind and body because of the energy that they absorbed from the breathes of mountain forest and sea. Guests must carry with them a copy of the approved Condominium Guest Registration Forms (GRF) for the Condominium stay and the use of Club amenities, which they will present at the Registration Pavillion located at entrance gate. Every guest in the list must have a valid govt issued ID that they will present at the registration counter and upon check in at the Condominium Unit In addition to the accommodation that they paid for their group's nightly stay, each guest shall be collected a one-time entrance fee as they register. The amount of which depends on which season their stay falls into: Lean Season: Weekdays of January, February and July through November......... Adult - Php 800.00; Children (4-12 yrs. old) - Php 300 Peak Season: Weekends of January, February and July through November; Weekdays of March through June; and December and all Holidays...... Adult - Php 1,200; Children (4-12 yrs. old) - Php 400 High Season: Weekends of March through June and December......... Adult - Php 1,300; Children (4-12 yrs. old) - Php 500 Holy Week: March 26-April 01, 2018.......... Adult -Php 1,500; Children (4-12 yrs. old) - Php 600 After registration, guests may proceed to Myna B condominium lobby where they will be welcomed, assisted and briefed by our caretaker as they check themselves in. Key to the main door shall be handed over to the groups’s primary guest at this point. Pico de Loro is an exclusive membership establishment with two membership clubs (Country CLub and Beach Club) that allow access of its registered guests to all the facilities and amenities within the premises. The Beach Club facilities and amenities, however, are reserved for the exclusive use of members only but may allow guests use when they are accompanied by a Resident Member. Below is the list of activities that Pico de Loro offers: - Swimming and frolicking at the beach (free access) - Swimming and relaxing in the outdoor pools at the Country Club (free access) - Fitness Center at the Country Club (free access) - All water sports activities, e.g., snorkelling, scuba diving, kayaking, fishing, etc. (Please inquire at the Beach Club for arrangement and applicable fees) - All land-based outdoor activities, e.g., guided trail tour, trekking or climbing Mt. Pico de Loro, lawn tennis, pony ride, segway ride, mountain bike ride (Please check arrangements and applicable fees at the reception area of the Country Club) All indoor recreational facilities housed in a well maintained and well lit covered court, e.g., badminton, basketball, table tennis, squash/pelota, gym/fitness center and digital game room. Guests planning to play ball games will have to bring their own balls, shuttlecocks and rackets. (Please check arrangements for use and applicable fees at the reception counter located inside the covered court) - There is also a separate Game Room where Guests can play bowling, billiards and darts. - Free shuttle ride to any point within the premises - Free use of open parking spaces at all facilities of Pico de Loro. Guests may also grab some food and drinks at the following facilities: - Lagoa Restaurant - Beach Buffet (occasionally set up depending on the season) - Pico Sands Hotel Restaurant - Pico Sands Hotel Bar - Convenience store at the main reception area of the Country Club -Bowling and billiards Game Room - Beach beverage bar Guests who want some muscle toning, massage services may be availed at the Spa and Wellness Salon located near the lobby of the Pico Sands Hotel. For those whose departure falls on a Sunday, Pico de Loro has its own church where a mass is celebrated every Sunday morning. (Please check the details from the reception area of the Country Club) We have a caretaker who maintains the up keep of our unit. He also welcomes, assists and briefs our guests during their arrival. He also assists guest and inspects the unit during their departure. Guests may seek assistance from him upon check-in only. However, every condominium building is posted with a receptionist and security guards 24/7 for the purpose of assisting guests for any help that they may need. Pico de Loro has no neighborhood. It is situated in a valley cuddled by the mountains of Mt. Pico de Loro and the cove of Hamilo Coast. That is why Pico de Loro has provided everything for the convenience of their Members and their Guests. For those who driving there by car and need to buy some grocery items like canned goods, fresh vegetables, meat and fish to cook at the condo or bring home, the nearest place to go is a small local community called Barangay Looc which is about 4-5 kilometers from the condominium premises. If you are looking for a bigger store to buy your groceries, there is a SaveMore Supermarket at the town proper of Nasugbu, which is about 20 kms from Pico de Loro. There is a free shuttle service vehicles that go around the premises of Pico de Loro. You just need to approach the security personnel that you need a ride and they will immediately radio the shuttle to come and fetch you. Guests who are coming by private or rented vehicles may take either route: - If you are coming from the south of Manila, take the Tagaytay-Nasugbu Road via SLEX and exit at Sta. Rosa. Estimated travel time from Makati is 1.5-2 hrs. under normal traffic condition. - If you are coming from the north of Manila, take the Ternate-Nasugbu Road via Cavitex, Naic, Maragondon. Estimated travel time from Mall of Asia is 1-1.5 hrs under normal traffic condition.
