Simple yet cosy 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed conveniently located in O'Connor. Very close to shops, bar and restaurants and a short 15-minute walk to the city. It's a great place to base yourself during your stay in Canberra. Simple 1 bedroom apartment, walking distance to the city and across the road from a local bar and restaurants. I provide linen - professional cleaned and pressed for each stay - towels, body wash and toilet paper. We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. COMMON AREA: Due to the pandemic, common areas may be closed without prior notice. Please refer to the updated guidelines and announcements in the premises at the time of your arrival. There is a key-safe for self check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Feel free to contact me when you arrive in town for the keys or if you have questions about the area. Convenient distance to the city and ANU as well as some really good restaurants! There is a bus station across the road or if you have a car I have an allocated parking spot. Let me know if you need the sofa bed setup. I charge an extra $25 to provide linen and set it up. We don't provide HDMI cable however, you can bring your own if you wish to connect your laptop with the TV. Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
