Located a comfortable 15 minutes by train from Lisbon's main downtown Rossio station. This cozy apartment offers all the amenities for tourists wishing to be located close enough to the historic Lisbon neighbourhoods and the romantic sites of Sintra and Queluz. Guests have the entire apartment at their leisure during their stays, with two bedrooms, one living room, kitchen and bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable new beds and the kitchen with new appliances, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, stove and oven. The apartment is accessed by the main building door and by it’s own private door via the common building staircase. We are always available to help guests with their questions and to give them advice on the best places to visit. This will mostly be done via the app or when possible via phone or face to face. The apartment is located in a residential neighbourhood with easy access to local bakeries, supermarkets grocery shops and restaurants. It’s direct 15-min train link to downtown Lisbon Rossio station makes it a great and well priced location for most tourist families and groups. Also very well located to visit other nearby tourist spots like Sintra (25-min train ride) or Carcavelos beach (40-min bus ride). The apartment is conveniently located for easy access to all the main sites in the region. By car or public transportation, you have both nearby options for free public parking as well as the train station that is a 16-min train ride to downtown lisbon Rossio (and a 4-min walk 400m from the apartment). Sintra: 25-min train ride from the UNESCO World Heritage site. Queluz Palace: 5-minute car ride or 15 min bus ride (bus stop is located 100m from the apartment) Cascais and Carcavelos beaches: 40-min bus ride (bus 106 stop is located 100m from the apartment). The beautiful coast of Cascais, Estoril and Carcavelos with its beaches and cottage houses is easily accessible from this location via public transportation. Use the Carcavelos the bus 106 to conveniently enjoy this beach during your stay. Late checkin fee: For checkins after 22:30 a 40€ fee will be required, paid in cash at arrival.
