Seminyak umalas island living villa

Our fabulously located villa is nestled near the heart of Seminyak in Umalas. Modern furnishings, luxurious island living. Lush tropical garden setting on big block, outdoor entertaining area with large pool, massage service available and daily cleaning service and gardener. 5 mins to beach and seminyak's buzzing restaurant and shopping scene. close to many facilities for yoga, fitness, spa therapies at our doorstep. The space is tastefully decorated with entertaining and relaxation our top priority. 16mtr pool and large gardens. Netflix, Stan and Cable tv. Bose sound system with Chromecast for connecting to your own music. Access to the whole villa and amenities. Our land is 1200metres square so you are not looking at walls like a lot of other bali villas squeezed onto a small block We have 2 wonderful staff and a gardener to clean daily one morning shift and one evening shift. the gardener Dewa is available for any enquiries anytime. The staff take Sundays off and can work either at 8 or 9am for 3-4hrs off per week. Our neighbourhood is 5mins from the beach and to the heart of seminyak or Canggu 15mins - there are too many restaurants and spas on our road also. Monsieur Spoon is a great French Bakers to the right of the villa and Warung Dua is our go to restaurant to the left when you don’t feel like cooking. Of course Bali has so many amazing restaurants. Our favourites are Mamasan, La Luciola, Sarong, Mano -sunset and KuDeTa. Also La Briza beach club for sunset or anytime of day all have pools for kids to swim on and are beachfront. Taxis close by or go-jek or walk it's central . I am happy to arrange scooter or car hire. I also have good drivers available We have 1 cat on the property Matty - who is very friendly and hangs out around the villa if thats ok. We can feed him outside if your not fond of cats. The staff buy the food for him.
