If you are imagining a relaxing home away from home then that’s here - in the heart of Rothesay Bay on the flat and 15 minutes from the city. A top location where your room with ensuite is fresh and spacious. Cafes, restaurants & bus stops are within seconds walk. Gorgeous Rothesay Bay beach is just minutes away on foot with views of our harbour and the amazing Volcanic Rangitoto Island, a favourite back drop for any photograph. The Lush Pad has a private entrance to a large room with a lovely queen bed, wardrobe, desk, a TV and a kitchenette open to the room. The Lush Pad also has a gloriously large light filled ensuite complete with a sumptuous bath, shower and double vanity. It is close to the beach, bus stop and eateries.👌 The Lush Pad has its own private entrance via a pathway and decked area and is accessed with the guests key. My guests are my priority - I am always available and a txt away as you will have my cell number. I respond quickly through my Airbnb messaging also. I’ll give you the space you want and need. Hubby Brad and I love discovering commonalities with guests, so if you need to share or chat that’s great too! Restaurants, cafes, beach, bus stop, seaside smells, bird and cricket song. We have plenty of parking available on the street and off the street. If you want to bus we are on route to many local destinations, all just a few steps away. We are reasonably quiet and prefer our guest to be reasonably quiet after 9.30pm. Please no extra guests or parties. There is so much at your fingertips in the bays and Rothesay Bay you’ll love returning to The Lush Pad to relax.
