Only 10 min from the beach This beautiful 110 sqm apartment combines old ceilings and old cotto tiles with modern finishings and furniture. Little balcony with view of the sea. Superior kitchen appliances, very spacious, view on 2 sides. Modern fireplace both in the living room and kitchen. TV, micro, cd player, dish washer, washing machine. There are 2 double bedrooms, both with large double beds. All the apartment is accessible except for a little storage room where we keep personal things. Someone will welcome you and give you keys and general instructions and a phone numer in case of need. The owners run a winery in an other part of the region so they won't be around. Restaurants, wine bars, nice walks in the old little roads eating an authentic gelato, small selection of boutiques. Small but lively in the summer time, quite and authentic the rest of the year. Away from the crowds of the seaside and more airy then the plains but still just a few minutes drive from all the major attactions of the area. You need to have your onw car but it is possible to get to the beach (7km) by pubblic bus. Free parking available outside the center, about 400 mt from the apartment. As in the most part of old villages the water pressure it's not high. As the apartment is in the historic centre and that roads in the village are quite small noise from people in the street or bars can be loud at times.
