Newly built house of 70 sq.m. in Xiropotamos Samothraki, airy, light, very comfortable in an olive grove. Features 2 large balconies and each has a pavilion. Ideal for family or friends. It is 10 kilometers from the port (Kamariotissa) and 13 kilometers from Chora, the capital of the island. It is also 3 km from Makryelies Beach and 7 km from the unique sandy beach of Samothraki, Pahia Ammos. The house has a large courtyard, 2 air conditioners, 2 TVs, a 7-fold large wardrobe and the bedroom has an entrance door but also an internal door. Extra beds can be added. The arrival is done in the presence of the host. I give my visitors space and I am available when needed.
