The house is spread over two levels and can be rented as two apartments with independent entrance (Le Rose I floor / Gelsomino ground floor) or as a whole villa. From the garden you can enjoy the view of Volterra, within easy reach as you can easily visit San Gimignano, Pisa and Siena. The pleasant Spa Center of Cascina Terme, 7 km away, offers the opportunity to enjoy thermal, physiotherapy and beautyfarm. Of great interest in Lajatico, birthplace of Andrea Bocelli, is the scenographic Theater of Silence, where concerts are held during the summer (3 August 2017). 29 km to Castelfalfi lies the Golf Tuscany Resort 27 holes.
